Kitchens.

After cleaning our horribly dirty kitchen this morning I came to the conclusion that kitchens are perpetually being cleaned or becoming dirty. After scrubbing dishes, countertops and various utensils for the better part of an hour I started thinking about posting another (in house) infamous note on the cabinet about trying to keep things clean. I realized that some households clean as they go, however, this household cleans up after we've created some pretty substantial Wall-E-esque mountains of recyclables and other assorted trash. As much as I hate waking up for work at 7AM and walking through the refugee camp that is my kitchen, I find myself so satisfied after cleaning everything up. Not a sermon, just a thought.
